Then click 'Send me my password'. An e-mail will be sent to this address containing your Natural Body Inc. username and password.
No, of course not! The accounts are for your convenience, but not required for ordering. If you do not want to create an account, just skip the username and password fields altogether. An e-mail address is required so we know where to send the confirmation and tracking information.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST usually ship the same day. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory accurate.

If there is an unforeseen reason that may cause your order to arrive later than the anticipated delivery date, we will notify you via E-Mail.

Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since UPS/USPS will charge us a fee for this correction.
Yes. When your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Additionally, you can log into your Natural Body Inc. and view your order history which will display tracking info.
Returns
Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A small 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Upon request of an item to be returned, we will generate a return label and send it to you via e-mail.
NOTE: In order to request a return/cancellation, you must fill out our Return/Order Cancellation Form
You must notify Natural Body Inc. within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.
